Although Tasman Graphics will not provide your information for marketing purposes to any unrelated third parties, most exhibitors at the conference will have badge-scanning devices as part of their displays and promotional activities. In addition, many smart phones are equipped with code scanners. It is at your discretion to agree to provide your badge to any exhibitor or other attendee for scanning, which will allow the exhibitor or other attendees to collect your information and use it for future marketing or contact purposes. You agree that Tasman Graphics has no control, responsibility, or liability associated with any exhibitor’s collection or use of your information. If you do not agree to such collection and use, do not provide or allow your badge to be scanned.
The organization team on behalf of SAP may record your image, photograph, and voice by any technology or means at the event (“Recording”) and use it in various media for the event, advertising, or any other lawful purposes and you release SAP from any claims resulting from such use of the Recording.
Tasman Graphics does not authorize anyone to photograph, video, or record talks and presentations made at SAP Partner Summit for SME — including keynotes, hands-on workshops, lecture sessions and show floor presentations, without the written permission of Tasman Graphics and the person being recorded. Any persons in violation of this policy or recording for any commercial purpose will be asked to leave the event. This policy applies to any official Exhibit displays. Tasman Graphics shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in its conference materials, nor shall Tasman Graphics be liable for any damages resulting from the use of its conference materials or other information conveyed at SAP Partner Summit for SME, Madrid. Tasman Graphics specifically disclaims and will not be responsible for any personal injury or property damage arising from or in connection with a person’s attendance at SAP Partner Summit for SME, or participation in any SAP Partner Summit for SME activities or events. Tasman Graphics on behalf of SAP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time.

Full Conference Registration: 840 EUR + 21% VAT = 1,016,40 EUR. Early Bird registration: 720 EUR + 21% VAT = 871,20 EUR. For all early-bird registrations, payment must be received by March 25th, 2024. For regular registrations, payment must be received by April 23rd, 2024. Please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Once payment has been received, a payment confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This will include your invoice attached as a PDF document. Please note that all payments must be made in Euros. Registration for SAP Partner Summit for SME is not considered confirmed until payment is received in full. No admittance to SAP Partner Summit for SME will be granted without payment being received in full. Payment must be done in this registration page by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.
Please note that once a registration is completed there will be no refund policy, only being able to subtitute the attendee registered for other employee from the same company. There is no fee for substitutions. Name changes will be done by the registrant in the Personal Information page in this registration website. Please note that after Tuesday April 23rd, 2024, you will be unable to make any amendments or changes via the web site. The Buy 4, Get 5 Group Discount Package can be purchased online by registering the five registrants at the same time. All five package registrants must be employed by the same company and possess the same e-mail address domain.

In the event that SAP Partner Summit for SME is cancelled, registrants will be refunded only the registration fee. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
